Thermal Park Vrbov

The Visitor Regulations serve to comply with the relevant legal regulations, health protection and safety of visitors to the Vrbov Thermal Park. Every visitor is obliged to get acquainted with these visiting rules when entering the complex. By purchasing an entrance to the thermal swimming pool, the visitor agrees with the visitor rules and undertakes to comply with the visitor rules and instructions of the operator’s employees.

The visitor is obliged to buy a ticket, on the basis of which he will be issued an electronic chip,
When purchasing a ticket to the TK premises, this ticket entitles the visitor to a one-time entry. After leaving the TC premises, the ticket expires.
The relevant period of validity of the entrance begins with the passage through the transitional entrance device (turnstile) and ends with the passage at the specified time through the transitional device, resp. at the end of the operating hours. The time for taking off, drying and clothes is also included in the period of validity of the entry. In case of exceeding the paid entry time, the visitor is obliged to pay a surcharge at the box office, i. € 2 for each hour started.
Every visitor is obliged to prove himself on request with a ticket, resp. chip. if the visitor does not do so, he will be immediately expelled from the TK premises.
When purchasing a children’s ticket, the parent is obliged to prove the age of the child (policyholder’s card, passport)
Holders of disability cards are required to prove themselves with this card.
If the ZTP card is marked with a red stripe (escort), the holder of a ZTP card will purchase a ticket according to the current price list. A person with reduced mobility is allowed to enter the pools only under the constant supervision of an escort,
The HM operator reserves the right not to admit persons apparently under the influence of alcoholic beverages or other addictive and psychotropic substances to the HM premises.
No entry for persons endangering the health of other visitors.
The operator is not responsible for damages incurred in the parking lot. Parking is free and unguarded.

In the event that the visitor does not respect the above instruction and the swimming pool or protection zone is polluted, the visitor will be expelled from TK.
A visitor who, despite the warnings, violates the provisions of these instructions or valid regulations, a person under the influence of alcohol or other narcotics, and a person who behaves indecently and inappropriately may be expelled from the TC premises.

Before entering the locker room, the visitor is obliged to take off his shoes and enter only in suitable bathing shoes or barefoot.
Every visitor is obliged to observe personal hygiene and cleanliness in the places and facilities he uses.
All visitors are obliged to use SHOWERS before entering the pools !!!,
Access to the pools is allowed only through paddles, which prevent water pollution in the pool !!!,
Access to the pools is only allowed in a swimsuit.
Children under 3 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool without children ‘s swimsuits with elastic bands around their feet.
Slides, slides and other attractions to which the visitor has access, he uses at his own risk! Children under the age of 12 can use water slides only under the supervision of a parent or other close person over the age of 18.
In case of accident, injury and nausea, the visitor is obliged to call a lifeguard. The operator is not responsible for injuries and injuries caused by his own negligence, carelessness or violation of the visitor rules, order and prohibition pictograms.
The operator is not responsible for injuries that will be caused to the visitor of TK under the influence of alcoholic beverages or other addictive substances.
Every visitor of TK is obliged to follow the instructions of TK staff and lifeguards.
The recommended length of stay in the sitting pool is 20 minutes. A longer stay in the sitting pool is at your own risk.
Access to the sitting pool for persons from 6 to 18 years of age is only allowed if accompanied by an adult.
It is forbidden to swim, jump into the water and perform any other activity in the sitting pool that would bother the visitors of the sitting pool.
Jumping into swimming pools is prohibited.
The operator is not liable for any damage to health caused by non-compliance with the above instructions.
The operator is not responsible for the loss, respectively. damage to the visitor’s property in the event that the said items were not stored in the space reserved for it.
To store clothes, there are lockers available for visitors, which visitors are obliged to properly lock with a chip. In case of loss of the chip, the visitor will be given the contents of the box only after proving his ownership of the things stored in the box. Instructions for operating wardrobes are given on the cabinets. The operator is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the visitor by not locking the locker.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
The operator reserves the right to change the prices of entry and opening hours.
The operator reserves the right to drain the pools as needed (cleaning of pools, etc.).
Upon entering the HM premises, the operator does not guarantee the visitor the availability of sunbeds, sports equipment, wellness procedures, lockers or safes. The availability of these products and services depends on the total capacity of TK.
The Operator reserves the right to limit or close certain parts of the TC, resp. attractions in case of necessary maintenance or for objective reasons (bad weather, storm, reduced visibility).
The operator reserves the right in case of bad weather (storms, strong wind) to ask visitors to leave the pools for safety reasons. If the visitor decides to leave the premises prematurely due to bad weather, the operator is not obliged to return the entrance fee or otherwise compensate him.
The operator reserves the right, in case of bad weather such as rain, storm, strong wind, darkness, fog, reduced visibility and technical reasons, to adjust the opening and closing times of individual attractions for safety reasons. In the case of the above facts, the operator is not obliged to return the paid entrance fee to the visitor, or otherwise compensate the visitor.
The Operator reserves the right not to allow other visitors to enter the HM, in case the operational capacity of the Vrbov TC is filled.
In case of loss of the chip valid for one day, the visitor will be charged a monetary compensation of 10 EUR.
The visitor is obliged to behave politely and considerately towards other clients and staff of the thermal swimming pool.
It is in the best interest of each visitor to move carefully on smooth and wet surfaces and to avoid possible slipping or injury. At the same time, it must maintain its own cleanliness and hygiene, as well as in all places and facilities.
Visitors are obliged to observe warning, command, prohibition and information boards, or other warnings and must not destroy, damage or remove them.
Persons with reduced mobility are allowed to enter the pools only under the constant supervision of a responsible person.
Access and speed of connection via free and free Wi-fi network in TK Vrbov is limited by the capacity of the relevant technical equipment, which depends on the total capacity of visitors using this network.
By purchasing the entrance, the visitor confirms that he is acquainted with the operating rules of the Vrbov Thermal Park.

It is strictly forbidden to consume food in swimming pools and in the protection zone of 1.5 m by swimming pools,
It is strictly forbidden for adults to enter children’s pools, except for parents responsible for the safety of their children.
Access to swimming pools under the influence of alcoholic beverages or other addictive and psychotropic substances is strictly forbidden.
It is forbidden to enter the pools with open wounds and eczema.
Require lifeguards and service personnel from services contrary to the visiting rules.
Do not enter areas reserved for service personnel, resp. to areas marked with an entry ban or to areas designated for the opposite sex.
Prohibition of the use of open fire in the entire area of the swimming pool (gas, barbecue facilities), etc ..

Visitors are obliged to leave the pools 30 minutes before the end of the operating hours of the Vrbov Thermal Park and to leave the Vrbov Thermal Park until the end of the current operating hours.
Any wishes, questions, warnings and complaints may be submitted in writing in the complaint book located at the main cash desk.
