Yoga teacher Júlia Suchá has prepared several types of breathing exercises for you, thanks to which you will support the correct breathing pattern, gentle exercises with which you will relax the often overloaded parts of the body such as the neck, spine and chest. By combining breathing and relaxation exercises, you start the parasympathetic nervous system, which brings a feeling of relaxation and rest. You will also support the balance of the body through balance exercises, and at the end we will have fun practicing finger poses to stimulate cognitive functions. ”
